Experience assisting in the development of enhancements/automation of ERP tools for SCM functions.
Owning and managing SAP Material Master Data (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules; and a familiarity with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules
Experience with the manufacturing value-chain, to include fabrication [and be able to relate these concepts to virtual processes within SAP].
Bachelor’s degree; background in Industrial Engineering Industrial Distribution, CompSci, or Systems Engineering. Vocationally trained and experienced (semi-) professional positions with extensive knowledge of a range of specific processes and systems could be substituted for bachelor’s degree. Similarly, 2-years professional experience with basic knowledge in a technical field could be a substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing and solving master data deficiencies that have operational impacts; able to articulate the impact to process owners and drive changes to reduce future deficiencies
Advanced proficiency using computers, to include Microsoft Office 365 tools [Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word].
Direct experience with placing in service and troubleshooting Information Technologies (IT) topics like networking, configuration/use of peripherals, basic computer hardware.
Five or more years of experience using one or more of the following SAP WM, MM, PP modules and a medium to high understanding of Material Master Tabs; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Understanding and making changes to networking, configuration/use of peripherals, basic computer hardware
