• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and clients
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and quality control
• Oversee day-to-day site operations for commercial interior projects

Requirements

Our client, a well established General Contractor specializing in commercial interiors, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage projects throughout New York City.

• 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors
• Strong knowledge of NYC construction standards and building codes
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple trades
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
