Record and distribute meeting minutes for commissioning coordination sessions.
Attend and actively participate in project coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and design teams.
Perform construction and installation observations , ensuring systems are installed per design specifications and industry standards.
Develop and execute pre-functional checklists and functional test procedures for HVAC, mechanical, and other building systems.
Onsite Fieldwork: The remaining 40% of your time will involve onsite presence at project locations, overseeing the installation, startup, and testing of building systems.
Provide detailed construction observation reports when working onsite.
Conduct commissioning reviews of construction documents, to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities during the design, construction, testing/training, and warranty phases.
Evaluate the performance of HVAC and building control/SCADA systems, ensuring they meet operational and energy efficiency goals.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mechanical and HVAC systems during commissioning and post-occupancy phases.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical reading/writing and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
Travel: This position requires frequent travel to project sites, which may include overnight stays. Candidates should be comfortable with a dynamic work environment that combines office-based tasks with hands-on fieldwork.
