Showroom Manager

Description

• Deliver exceptional service – engage with clients, provide expert product advice, and build lasting relationships.
• Create inspiring events – plan and deliver product showcases, networking events, and brand activations with precision and creativity.
• Partner with leading brands – coordinate joint events and marketing initiatives to maximise showroom impact.
• Collaborate across teams – work closely with UK Marketing and Sales teams, as well as global colleagues, to ensure showroom excellence.
• Lead the showroom experience - manage daily operations, coordinate schedules, and maintain stock through internal and external suppliers.
• Drive growth – develop strategies to attract new customers, expand our client base, and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
• Degree or HND in Design or Business (preferred).
• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of design trends and a genuine passion for interiors.
• Proven experience managing a showroom, ideally within interiors or design.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
