Construction Project Manager

Description

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, pay apps, and change orders
• Lead $20M+ projects with full ownership of cost, schedule, and delivery
• Manage schedules (P6 / CPM), submittals, RFIs, and closeout
• Manage overall project profitability, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Partner closely with Superintendents on safety, quality, and schedule execution
• Lead preconstruction, GMP development, estimating coordination, and bid strategy
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and APMs
• Lead owner, architect, and OAC meetings

Requirements

We’re retained by a respected commercial builder to identify a Project Manager trusted to lead high-value projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

• Strong financial, contract, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing $20M+ commercial projects
• OSHA 30 preferred (or ability to obtain)
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Proficiency with P6, CMiC, Excel, and project management tools
• High visibility with owners, architects, and internal leadership
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience
