- Superviser et réaliser la préparation des plans et devis;
- Préparer les offres de services et participer au développement sous la supervision de la Direction.
- Participer à la surveillance des travaux;

- Superviser et réaliser les estimations budgétaires, ainsi que les rapports de plans et devis;
- Vérifier et coordonner les services d’ingénierie de mécanique en collaboration avec les autres intervenants (architecture, structure, civil, électricité, etc.);

- Planifier, superviser et réaliser la conception et l’installation des systèmes de mécanique (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, plomberie) pour des projets commerciaux et institutionnels (réseaux de la santé et scolaire) ;
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office.
- Certification Concilivi qui assure les meilleures pratiques en matière de conciliation famille-travail ;
- Contribuer à des projets innovateurs, diversifiés et multidisciplinaires ;
- Connaître les logiciels de calculs de charges (ex. TRACE);
- Avoir un minimum de 10 années d’expérience pertinente;
- Avoir une expérience pertinente en génie-conseil;
- Une vie sociale active au sein de votre équipe composée de professionnels compétents et passionnés ;
- Administrer les projets (facturation, suivi et demandes d’avenants) en collaboration avec le département administratif;
- Détenir un Baccalauréat en génie mécanique avec spécialisation en mécanique du bâtiment;
- Posséder une excellente connaissance des normes et codes applicables;
- Gérer et supporter le personnel technique (techniciens, dessinateurs et autres ingénieurs rattaché aux projets)
- Avoir une expérience pertinente dans des projets des réseaux de la santé et scolaire;
- Montant annuel alloué pour des vêtements/articles à l’effigie de gbi.
- Excellentes capacités de communication écrite;
