Senior Engineer I/ II - Structural

Description

The role may also involve guiding a team of engineers and technical modelers in the Pune/Bengaluru office and coordinating design work shared by project managers and engineers from our US offices. Technical specialization and personal initiative are considered assets.

• Perform structural analysis, design, detailing, and documentation with quality control and project coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and modelers.
• Review and approve work of design engineers and graduate engineers.
• Ensure timely delivery and high quality of project deliverables.
• Participate in project design reviews and discussions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of innovations and advancements in structural engineering.

Requirements

• Hold an ME/M‑Tech/MS in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering.
• Possess 5–8 years of experience in the structural engineering domain.
• Know ACI, ASCE, and AISC codes; US project experience is a plus.
• Proficient with ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, ADAPT, and RAM Concept.
• Design experience with PT systems, structural steel/composite structures, and steel connections.
• BIM project delivery experience using Revit or Tekla.
• Professional license or Chartered Engineer status is a plus.
• Programming skills in VBA or Python are advantageous.
