Capability in developing business proposals for clients by understanding their requirements and drawing together expertise from a multi-disciplinary firm.
A background in a consulting or in-house environment with experience in two or more of our technical areas (team effectiveness & collaboration, leadership & capability, culture & organisational change, operating model & organisation development).
Typically, a degree and/or extensive experience in business or related discipline (HR, change management, management consulting or occupational psychology).
Project management and delivery skills including financial and risk management.
Chartered or working towards chartership/considering becoming a Chartered Management Consultant.
