Document and track safety violations, conduct safety audits, and analyze loss control data
Lead OSHA reporting, monitor subcontractor activities, and review safety submittals
Serve as a resource for safety issues, attend safety meetings, and assist with major incident analysis

Work with client safety personnel, union representatives, and insurance risk engineers

Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks
Minimum of four years of construction safety experience
High school diploma with CHST Certification, OSHA 500, and a minimum of 10 years construction experience leading crews and planning work, to include at least six years as a dedicated construction safety professional responsible for managing project safety programs, conducting / reviewing hazard analyses and developing controls, conducting safety training, and planning work activities or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies effectively

The base pay range for this role is $87,000 - $117,000. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
