- Lead villa project delivery across the Masterplan lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, design consultants, construction supervisors and contractors.

The Associate Director will work closely with clients, design consultants, construction supervision consultants and contractors to ensure project objectives align with client expectations. A strong background in construction management and familiarity with modern methods of construction, such as precast fabrication, is preferred.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or a related discipline, with chartered status preferred, and bring 20‑25 years of experience, including 10+ years of UAE design management on hospitality projects and at least 5 years in project‑management consultancy. Deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts, stakeholder engagement and commercial governance is required.
