What you would be doing
- Communicate with Foreman on daily tasks
- Direct equipment operators including crane operators
- Operate tools such as grinders, saws and drills
- Operate telescoping forklift
- Connect rigging to hoist assemblies in place
- Ensure equipment is safe and reliable in order to reduce equipment downtime and ensure schedules are met
- Measure and layout work
- Unload assemblies
- Install bolted connections
- Assemble components per assembly drawings
- Learn and understand company safety policies and procedures and enforce compliance
