Identify critical path issues and address them in a timely manner to keep project on schedule.
Support the Superintendent.
Help to plan and maintain job site logistics, security, and safety.
Read and interpret project drawing and specifications.
Maintain project files, prepare daily activity reports, and take progress photos.
Maintain workforce badging system.
Maintain punch lists, ensure corrective actions and work toward project closeout.
Identify efficient means and methods, pro-actively schedule work, and assist with coordination of sub-contractors.
Manage and coordinate deliveries, inspections, and team members to meet the project schedule.
Provide daily job site audits for safety. Institute corrective actions, as required.
Oversee and verify layouts and MEP coordination.
Set up and maintain an organized and professional job site office.
Enforce job site safety.
Maintain positive relationships with owners and subcontractors.
Manage new building construction and remodel projects assigned to you per the Construction Director/Leadership.

Ability to work safely in a construction environment.
Associates Degree or equivalent related experience preferred
Experience leading safety and creating safety procedures and protocols is integral.
Experience performing safety inspections.
Ability to use a computer, the Internet, and email. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
5+ years related experience in construction management, general contracting, project management, carpentry, labor, or related experience.
Bi-Lingual, Spanish Speaking preferred
