- One year of reach truck experience
- Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving variables encountered during the manufacturing process.
- Speaking: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Language: Ability to read and write simple instructions and correspondence.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (will certify at hire)
- Math: Ability to apply fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry as well as able to apply concepts of fractions, percentages, and proportions.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify options for solving a problem encountered during the manufacturing process.
