- Conduct quality assurance to meet drawing standards, ensure the deliverables are error free
- Using Revit to produce client deliverables
- Implement efficiencies and ways to improve production methods
- Manage the production of client deliverables on time and budget, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants
- Communicating changes in project scope or schedule
- Review, coordinate, and revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins, and addendums
- Provide construction administration services to help reply to RFIs and review submittals and manage close out of projects
- Train the team to produce accurate drawing sets
- Leading and guiding a team of architects
- Review and issue documents for bids & permits
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with the team members
- Conduct training, on-boarding, best practice touch bases and team check ins on regular basis
- Design documentation and detailing of retail spaces
- Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes, and comments to the team
- Delegating tasks to junior staff and Architects

- Degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on various brands in a fast-changing environment
- Proficient in Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail and roll-out segment
