Design and review electrical systems (power, lighting, low current, and mechanical equipment connections) in accordance with UAE regulations and international standards.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to track and expedite approvals, inspections, and handovers.
Maintain complete records of authority submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with SEWA, FEWA, and local municipality requirements throughout all project stages.
Support tendering processes, cost estimations, and subcontractor evaluations.
Prepare and submit electrical drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams for SEWA approval under the engineer’s license.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, BOQs, and material submittals for client and authority review.
Supervise and inspect electrical installations on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with FEWA and other relevant authorities for project submissions and approvals.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid SEWA Engineer License and have proven experience in MEP design drawings, authority coordination, and site supervision.

Khales Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced and licensed MEP Electrical Engineer to support the design, authority submissions, and supervision of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Valid SEWA Engineer License as Consultant (mandatory).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), electrical calculation software, and MS Office.
FEWA registration/experience as Consultant is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP design, authority submissions, and supervision within an Engineering Consultancy.
Strong knowledge of UAE standards, SEWA/FEWA regulations, and international electrical codes (IEC, NEC).
