- Pursuing a B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology, graduating Dec 2027–May 2028 (junior/senior preferred).
- Completed at least one semester of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Prior work or internship experience and U.S. work authorization.
- Strong project‑management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software; ability to analyze data and present findings.
- Willingness to relocate to Anoka, MN (relocation assistance may be provided).
