Exceptional soft skills, including communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Fully bilingual (English/French) with strong conversational and colloquial fluency.
Experience designing for AI-supported voice or customer service applications.
Systems-thinking approach to design for scalable and consistent voice experiences.
Expertise in writing for voice platforms, including enterprise conversation design and corporate voice script writing.
