  • Maintain Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance records and update PBS documentation
  • Operate a heavy vehicle
  • Report breaches and complete Safety Maintenance System (SMS) audits and truck inspections
  • Ensure compliance with CoR, NHVR, and fatigue management policies
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to meet delivery timeframes
  • Oversee vehicle pre-starts, servicing schedules, and maintenance follow-ups
  • Reviewing and refining master route schedules to identify efficiencies and promote continuous improvement
  • Lead a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, pre-starts, risk assessments, and safety conversations
  • Ensuring fleet compliance with legislative and customer requirements
  • Participate in bookings and be available for on-call support
