Additional responsibilities include working with assigned design engineers and drafters to execute design drawings and specifications while ensuring code and statute compliance. You will use computer‑aided design technologies to develop sketches, drawings, and construction documents, routinely archive and retrieve data from the electronic database, and research equipment selection from catalogs under the direction of the Project Designer/Engineer. Maintaining a neat, organized work area and keeping the Project Designer/Engineer aware of workload are also expected, with special projects assigned as needed.

• Collaborate with design engineers and drafters to produce design drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all project designs comply with applicable codes and statutes.
• Utilize CAD software to create sketches, drawings, and construction documents.
• Archive and retrieve project data from the electronic database.
• Research and select equipment from catalogs under engineer guidance.
• Maintain an organized workspace for efficient project information access.
• Communicate workload status and request assistance from the Project Designer/Engineer.
• Provide customer service with effective oral and written communication.
• Participate in in‑person or virtual video interviews.

We are looking for a talented Plumbing & Fire Protection Co‑op to join our dedicated team at our headquarters in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will apply engineering fundamentals and project‑related services in support of design assignments, enabling you to translate theoretical knowledge into practical application.

Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited technical institution, demonstrate proven time‑management skills to juggle multiple projects, and have customer service experience that showcases strong oral and written communication abilities. All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
