Description

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and meet revenue goals
• Manage rent collection, post payments, and issue late notices
• Process move‑out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
• Support managerial duties and ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and documentation
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and leasing documentation
• Maintain an active social media presence to increase visibility and traffic
• Coach and develop the Leasing Agent to improve leasing performance
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing background
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close deals
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
• Social media or marketing content creation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
