- Maintain and monitor all business center activities and office administration.
- Ensure upkeep of the business center and common‑area premises.
- Manage daily Customer Relations functions, including communication, delivery, and problem escalation.
- Operate the emergency response desk and coordinate actions during off‑hours or emergencies.
- Perform duties assigned by the Project Manager (PM).
- Oversee office upkeep and staff punctuality.
- Handle office agreements, government approvals, and assist the PM with legal matters.
- Receive, log, and forward calls, complaints, and requests to appropriate personnel.
- Issue job cards and manage the complaint management system efficiently.
- Respond to client and customer queries promptly.
- Provide inputs for the Daily Management Report and share it with stakeholders each day.
- Generate monthly performance reports for management review.
- Monitor ongoing work schedules, file paperwork, and take minutes for weekly and monthly meetings.
- Maintain and monitor network resources such as printers, fax machines, and other office equipment.
