- Collaborate with the Village Manager and wider team to ensure smooth handovers and an exceptional move-in experience
- Deliver outstanding customer care, acting as the single point of contact for all prospects
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, helping them make positive choices about their next chapter
- Take full ownership of sales activity for the development - from lead management to completion
- Support marketing events, open days, and local networking to raise awareness and drive interest
- Convert enquiries into qualified viewings, reservations, and completions, consistently achieving sales targets
- Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
