- Support digital transformation efforts by developing proof-of-concept solutions, shaping reporting/dashboard strategies, and facilitating workshops to assess client digital maturity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply expertise in PMIS/CM tools, analytics platforms, and engineering workflows to configure and implement integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with digital product experts, analysts, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions with measurable impact.
- Coordinate the deployment of out-of-box and custom digital solutions, including web applications and data validation tools.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to champion digital innovation and enhance operational performance.
- Drive adoption of industry-standard tools and strategies involving platforms such as Power BI, Lucid, SharePoint, QuickBase, and other cloud-based PM/CM tools.
- Monitor industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to the development of forward-looking digital strategies.
- Share expertise on modernized engineering, construction, and project delivery processes to promote continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

- Exposure to national practices or client-focused consulting projects.
- Familiarity supporting transportation or right-of-way digital projects.
- Experience managing digital solutions for commercial, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital consulting, technology project support, data analytics, integration solutions, or digital strategy development.
- Knowledge of project management tools, cloud-based digital solutions, and data automation platforms.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
