  • Collaborating with the People Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to understand their system needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Leading a team comprised of Specialists, an Analyst and an Administrator in the People Systems and Operations team, supporting the development of a high-performing and engaged culture.
  • Driving compliance, governance and risk management across the team, maintaining a strong control framework for People Systems, and ensuring we fulfil our obligations to our people and our business.
  • Driving the implementation of new releases and modules to optimise our SuccessFactors based HR systems.
  • Developing existing metrics and KPIs, establishing appropriate measures to monitor and drive performance, all through the lens of enhancing the candidate, employee and manager experience.

You're excellent at stakeholder management and taking non-technical people on the journey to understanding the process and ideal outcome.

You're a strong leader and manager with experience of driving best practice within a multidiscipline team.

Salary: £65,000-£70,000
