Digital property advertising platform transforming how people buy, rent and sell real estate.
As the Industry Partnerships Manager you will be the internal subject‑matter expert on industry and customers, building and nurturing relationships with key strategic partners. You will share REA’s strategy and product roadmap to drive engagement and identify revenue‑generating opportunities. Your work will directly influence REA’s capability, product offerings and overall growth.
You will report on industry and customer insights to the ELT and Board on a quarterly basis and explore cross‑market enterprise growth aligned with customer sentiment. Supporting the Head of CIP, you will pinpoint revenue initiatives and proactively source new opportunities across sales teams, delivering presentations and proposals in partnership with stakeholders. You will advocate for the industry and keep strategic clients informed of REA’s direction while collaborating with associations such as REIA, REIS, PCA and UDIA. Managing the REA Customer network, you will maintain regular communication through events and site visits and act as a change agent for integration activities across the sales network. You will also inform key stakeholders about upcoming industry trends, policy changes and technology developments.
The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of real‑estate experience, including leading large‑scale enterprise sales deals and strategic partnerships. You will be an influential thought‑leader, comfortable partnering with C‑suite executives and negotiating strategic decisions. A proven execution track record, strong influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to think strategically while implementing operationally are essential. We value learning agility, change‑advocacy, solution‑focused problem solving, and exceptional internal stakeholder management. You must thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment, juggling multiple deals, projects and initiatives simultaneously.
We champion diversity, equity and inclusion, believing that varied perspectives drive creativity, effectiveness and disruptive thinking. If you have the enthusiasm to learn and the right skills, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single requirement.
