As a Project Director, you will oversee the delivery of complex data centre projects for blue-chip clients, supported by a strong Senior Operations team. Operating across the UK and Europe, our client is a trusted name in data centre construction with a turnover exceeding £3 billion and a robust project pipeline extending to 2028.

• Develop a deep understanding of project strategies and future pipeline.
• Take charge of overall project operations, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and environmental objectives.
• Implement effective management systems, with a focus on subcontractor management.
• Drive effective client relationship management to ensure project success.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate project performance.
• Provide inspirational leadership to motivate project teams.
• Oversee implementation of new policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal contract reviews with legal teams, ensuring key personnel's attendance.
• Act as a key liaison to senior management and the board, delivering regular project updates.
• Oversee operational aspects of the tender process.
• Facilitate seamless communication between head office and project sites to promote continuous improvement.
• Lead comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance and proficiency.
• Manage budgets and costs in alignment with project planning.
