Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent are a plus.
Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes.
Communicate verbally and in writing.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Experience working on projects that involve cross-functional teams.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Lift, carry and/or move up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
Bend, stoop, crawl and work in awkward positions or confined spaces for several hours.
