- Deliver engaging product demos, training sessions and webinars for clients.
- Own the end‑to‑end client journey, from onboarding to upgrades and optimisation.
- Partner with clients on setup, pricing, recommendations and best‑practice platform use.
- Plan and lead product update rollouts, ensuring client adoption of new features.
- Resolve product queries and help‑desk tickets within service level agreements.
- Support customer retention and renewals by collaborating with sales and solutions teams.
