The specialist must understand paint composition and select appropriate products for materials such as plaster, wood, brick, or metal, while also possessing a keen eye for color matching.
The role focuses on applying protective coatings to various surfaces, requiring solid knowledge and practical skill in paint application.
Safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines are mandatory, and the employee may be tasked with additional responsibilities as needed.
