- Conduct accurate and detailed intrusive and non-intrusive surveys on roads and other infrastructure assets.
- Tow trailers and transport equipment in compliance with all legal and safety requirements.
- Collect survey data using handheld or tablet-based devices, including GPS-enabled asset data capture tools.
- Ensure all survey data is collected, recorded, and reported in line with project specifications and industry standards.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate survey equipment to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Includes night and weekend shifts to meet project delivery timelines.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and compliance with site-specific protocols.
- Work collaboratively with project and engineering teams to ensure survey outputs meet project objectives.
- Drive to and from survey locations, ensuring timely, efficient, and safe travel.

- Primarily site-based, involving outdoor work in varied weather conditions.
- Be available to work away from home for extended periods and undertake night shifts as required to accommodate project schedules and minimize disruption to road users.
- Experience with UKPMS Accreditations (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in surveying, civil engineering, or highways projects is a plus.
- Trailer Towing Competency – ability to transport equipment safely.
- Requires regular travel and periods working away from home.
- Full UK Driving Licence and Van Driving Competency.
- CSCS Card – proof of site safety awareness.
- Safety Critical Medical – fit for safety-critical work.
