● Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, inspectors, consultants, and clients.
● Proficient with Procore (construction software) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
● Proficiency with plan/spec interpretation, construction documents, and field engineering principles.
● Proven success in developing and leading high-performing field teams.
● Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously as a General Superintendent.
● Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple priorities across active projects
● Highly organized with strong follow-through
● Ability to walk, stand, and move around active construction sites for extended periods of time.

● Minimum OSHA 30 certification required.
● 15+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale ground-up multifamily projects (100+ units), including podium and/or garden-style construction.
● Ability to travel between active projects and markets as required.
● Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and varying weather.
● Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills; able to collaborate with all project stakeholders.
● Must be able to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 lbs. as needed.
● Strong expertise in multifamily construction scheduling, including baseline development, look-ahead management, recovery scheduling, sequencing, workforce planning, and logistics.
● Strong communicator; able to engage confidently with project teams, clients, and field staff
● Proactive resource planner who anticipates staffing and sequencing needs
