Contracts Administrator

Description

• Maintain governance through accurate reporting, templates, registers and continuous improvement.
• Oversee procurement and supplier engagement to support cost-effective project delivery.
• Support project and program managers with variations, claims and Security of Payment processes.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and commercial clarity.

Requirements

• You have strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring accuracy in every contract and stakeholder interaction.
• You’re commercially astute, proactive, and solutions-focused, anticipating challenges and supporting project teams to achieve great outcomes.
• You’re confident managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and contract lifecycles in a fast-paced project environment.
• You’re an experienced Contract Administrator with a solid understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
• You bring sound knowledge of Australian contract law, Security of Payment requirements, and risk management.
