Work closely with senior leadership to develop service strategies and operational growth
Ensure all engineers maintain up-to-date training and certification
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring outstanding communication and service delivery
Support with technical queries, troubleshooting and escalation management
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service engineers across Fire & Security disciplines
Oversee scheduling, workload planning and resource allocation
Manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard
Monitor KPIs, service levels and compliance with industry standards
Drive continuous improvements across processes, performance and customer experience

Background in Fire and/or Security engineering with solid technical understanding
