The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for high‑impact projects within GSI’s Project Management Office, leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex project portfolios to align with organizational goals. The role mentors project managers, drives innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, with travel up to 40% of the time.
- Provide strategic leadership for complex, high‑value projects ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple concurrent projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
- Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, manage project portfolios, and support long‑range business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication among internal departments, clients, and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver executive‑level progress reporting.
- Drive process improvement and change initiatives, standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction project management, civil engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 8+ years leading complex, multi‑disciplinary or strategic projects.
- 3+ years experience with deep foundations, micro‑piles, and/or cased drilling.
- PMP certification required; PgMP preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
- Proficiency with modern project management tools and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
