Construction Superintendent

You’ll run the jobsite day-to-day - from mobilization through punch - and be the face of the project to clients, architects, and subs. Expect fast-paced schedules, museum-grade finishes, and complex MEP/AV integrations.

• Maintain jobsite documentation (e.g., Procore/PlanGrid) and daily reports.
• Protect finishes and manage mockups, samples, and QA/QC checklists.
• Enforce site safety and NYC DOB compliance; coordinate inspections & permits.
• Direct daily subcontractor activities; verify scopes, manpower, and production.
• Lead client/architect/owner-rep walks; track RFIs, changes, and punchlists.
• Build and manage look-aheads; drive schedule, logistics, and sequencing.

• Strong MEP coordination.
• Tech-savvy with Procore/PlanGrid/Bluebeam; sharp drawings/detail reading.
• 5–10+ years as a Superintendent on luxury/high-end residential in NYC.
• Own field execution, safety, and quality for high-end residential projects.
• Calm, polished communicator with clients and design teams.
• Safety creds: OSHA-30 and SST (62-hour) required; SST Supervisor/DOB Site Safety a plus.
• Proven delivery of townhouse gut renos, brownstones, apartments, penthouses.
• Mastery of high-finish trades (custom millwork, stone, specialty plaster, glazing).
