Managing and administering the scheduling of weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings.
Ensuring preparation of documentation, presentations and agendas etc. for internal and external meetings are actioned in advance to ensure smooth running of meetings.
Attending team meetings, taking notes and liaising with your respective LT member to ensure that action /follow up items have been addressed ahead of each meeting and that documentation and information is prepared in advance.
Draft and prepare correspondence, Powerpoint presentations as required.
Provide comprehensive and high quality diary support for the respective Leadership Team members (SMT level). This will include: Being responsible for incoming mail and email, reading, prioritising, responding and escalating as required within appropriate timelines. Co-ordinating, reviewing and maintaining calendars to ensure that all meetings, appointments and tasks are effectively scheduled and prioritised ensuring a clear and easy to read calendar for the LT team member(s) that you support.
