Capital Markets & Project Finance Manager

Raise capital and manage project finance for residential solar TPO business.
Articulate EnFin’s TPO business and strategy to third party investors ensuring to highlight and explain the most critical aspects.
Foster a productive relationship and work closely with external stakeholders including third party appraisers, insurance providers, and independent engineers.
Perform both recurring and ad-hoc analysis to support Senior Management and Leadership of the Capital Markets Team.
Build and maintain complex project finance/tax equity models to present to internal and stakeholders as well as Leadership.
Assist with monitoring and maintaining a close linkage between capital costs and market pricing.
Assist the Asset Management Team in preparing borrowing requests and executing tranche sales.
Assist in deal execution with JV/debt/tax equity investors in accordance with Company standards and practices.
Develop, teach and provide guidance to junior members of the team ensuring they are performing work according to best practices and standard procedures.
Review and revise legal documentation as needed for investor-related deals as well as other finance matters including complicated JV, debt, and tax equity legal documents.
Foster collaboration, mentor junior team members, and ensure collective growth in domain expertise.
Raise capital to fund the growth of EnFin’s residential TPO business in alignment with Company goals and annual targerts.
Assist in developing and delivering presentation materials for investor calls and meetings that are thorough, accurate, and attentive to specific business needs.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field with a minimum of 8+ years of work experience including 5+ years of experience in project finance or structured finance at a top-tier developer, asset manager, or investment bank.
Experience building and maintaining complex project finance Excel models.
