In this function you will read blueprints and shop orders, use calipers, squares, and tape measure to check dimensions, and operate and set up production machinery. You will be responsible for safety, quality, production quotas, and all documentation associated with product movement and confirmations.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution and prior manufacturing or production experience. Experience setting up and running production machinery, operating presses, press brakes, un‑coilers, or cradle lines is also required.
Applicants with arrest or conviction histories will be considered in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act, and other local laws, and disclosure is not required until a conditional offer is made.
No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Highland, IL will be considered. Active‑duty military service members are exempt from the geographic limitation.
