- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external project teams.
- Hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Possess 0–3 years of civil engineering experience (entry level to three years).
- Have Engineer In Training (EIT) certification or demonstrate commitment to obtain it.
- Be familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or conduct site inspections.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Show technical competence to perform project tasks independently.
- Ability to learn client and internal software required for project completion.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for worksites and client meetings.
- Be legally authorized to work permanently in the country without sponsorship.
- Be willing to travel out‑of‑town and overnight occasionally for professional development or project work.
