The Financial Analyst for the Dormont manufacturing site supports both the plant’s operations and the Americas Gas business. This role focuses on accounting, payroll, and cost management while delivering financial reporting, planning, and analytical insights to guide management decisions and improve business performance.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing variances against budgets, preparing monthly financial reviews for site and regional leaders, and developing standard material, labor, and overhead cost structures. The analyst also coordinates annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, KPI compilation, month‑end close activities, payroll processing, capital investment analysis, inventory reporting, and ensures compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal policies.
Candidates must hold a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance and have at least three years of experience in operations finance or accounting. Strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Confidentiality, intellectual curiosity, and basic database query knowledge are also required.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or CMA certification, experience with large multinational public corporations, and familiarity with tools such as Hyperion, QAD, or Cognos.
