Hold an honours degree (Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications) in a relevant academic discipline: Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Behavioural Economics, Law or Business.
The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic communication plans for the designated area where required
The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with clients to achieve high levels of satisfaction and win-win outcomes
The candidate must have experience in planning and delivering projects and programmes of work in line with the project management lifecycle
The candidate should have, strong communications skills, strong report writing skills and excellent stakeholder management skills
The candidate must be a highly motivated professional with a proven ability to perform at both strategic and operational levels
The candidate should have the ability to prioritise tasks, work with schedules and manage resources while remaining focused on team goals
The candidate must have demonstrable experience of devising and implementing successful communications strategies, including developing communications collateral, media and social media campaigns, event management and stakeholder engagement
The candidate should have proven experience of delivering projects in a deadline driven and evolving environment
The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years’ post graduate relevant experience in communications with the majority relating to infrastructural or climate action projects
The candidate should have demonstrable account management experience including client relationships and reporting.
The candidate must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
