  • Lead and direct daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping, ensuring associates are aligned and tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain operational compliance by performing process audits, monitoring system workflows, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external customers.
  • Drive performance and engagement through hands-on floor presence, real-time associate direction, and participation in pre-shift meetings to align on goals and staffing.
  • Support team development by providing feedback on associate performance, behavior, and attendance, while upholding safety standards and completing additional tasks as assigned.

  • Experience & Education: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment with a high school diploma or equivalent; prior leadership experience and WMS knowledge preferred.
  • Professionalism & Flexibility: Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates attention to detail, and is flexible to work different shifts or overtime with minimal notice.
  • Technical & Physical Requirements: Proficient in basic computer skills, warehouse systems, and power industrial equipment; able to lift up to 40 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.
