- Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure route plans are understood and executed efficiently
- Ensure compliance with driver hours-of-service regulations, load limits, and company policies

- Analyze route performance and suggest improvements to reduce fuel costs, delivery times, and vehicle wear
- Monitor real-time route progress and adjust routes as needed due to traffic, weather, road closures, or other disruptions

- Provide support for onboarding and training drivers on route procedures and GPS/telematics systems
- May require on-call availability or occasional field visits to coordinate with drivers
- Plan, create, and optimize daily routes for deliveries, pickups, or service appointments using routing software and GPS tools
