The Crew Lead position is based at 4841 Freeman Drive, Fort Worth, TX. In this role you will establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment, collaborate with team members to protect everyone on site, manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, based on experience, with rapid advancement opportunities to Senior Protector in four months and further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager.
