Description

• Prepare service charge budgets /sinking funds.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, subcontractors and other relevant committees.
• Manage a mixed-property portfolio of apartment blocks, mixed-use developments and student accommodation.
• Liaise with OMC directors.
• Prepare reports for all stakeholders and management.
• Oversee the implementation of project work and tendering processes.
• Conduct site visits and have full site knowledge.
• Co-ordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work to support staff.
• Liaise with insurance companies on policies and claims.
