Construction Industry Induction (white card/ blue card)
Knowledge or and/or experience in the civil construction industry
Perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualification in Engineering - Mechanical / Diesel Fitting / Mobile Plant or equivalent
Experience in planning and coordinating resources
Experience in managing teams and supervising the work of others
Critical analysis and problem-solving skills
Able to manage time effectively, using strong organisational skills
Able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
High level knowledge and experience in mechanical maintenance of plant and equipment used in a civil construction industry
Experience with Caterpillar, Hitachi, Volvo will be advantageous
Experience in managing people and work outcomes
Current Queensland Open Drivers Licence
Self-motivated in the completion of tasks
