Project Coordination for automated mechanical systems and building automation controls projects.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and addressing needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication across all stakeholders.
Estimating Support: Collaborate with the estimating team to review and validate project budgets, scopes, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of mechanical and automation control projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
