- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and addressing needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Estimating Support: Collaborate with the estimating team to review and validate project budgets, scopes, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of mechanical and automation control projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to applicable building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations, and proactively address any compliance issues that arise.

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or building automation controls industry is a plus
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
