Key responsibilities include establishing relationships with asset owners, leading the design and execution of architectural frameworks to improve asset visibility and governance, providing expert guidance on asset management principles, mentoring HAM analysts, and conducting independent assessments to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies. The role also drives automation of asset lifecycle processes, evaluates asset data for quality improvements, and offers after‑hours support for urgent IT issues.
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 6–8+ years in asset management or related technical roles, and at least 2 years of team‑leadership experience. Candidates must have expertise in Hardware and IT Asset Management, ServiceNow CMDB, advanced Excel, and SQL querying, and be willing to work a shift of 01:00 PM‑10:00 PM IST with a flexible schedule for US time‑zone alignment.
Additional expertise includes managing projects with waterfall or agile methods, leveraging technology to streamline business processes, deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, strong problem‑solving abilities, and experience in application design, integration, testing, and technical troubleshooting.
