Description

• Develop career path toward service or operations management.
• Collaborate with a safety‑focused team.
• Perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on aerial work platforms, tools, generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑&‑gas equipment.
• Maintain safety standards to reduce equipment downtime.
• May be required to provide personal tools of the trade.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training considered an asset, and possess at least five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty‑line equipment. Experience with large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil‑&‑gas equipment is strongly preferred.

The position may require technicians to provide their own tools and demands advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, both indoors and outdoors as needed.

The hourly base pay ranges from $22.85 to $31.41, varying with location, education, and experience.
