Promote collaborative working across Legal & Compliance teams in the UK, Germany, and globally.
Embrace innovation and digital tools to improve responsiveness and legal service delivery.
Support the business in interpreting and applying internal Siemens Energy governance and compliance frameworks.
Lead negotiations and support the business through all phases of tenders, project execution, and dispute resolution.
Provide proactive, commercially focused legal advice to sales, procurement, and project teams on high-value contracts and related documents.
Deliver training to help mitigate legal risks and build commercial awareness within the business.

English law qualified solicitor with proven post-qualification experience in a multinational company or law firm.

Strong background in negotiating and drafting commercial, construction, and/or engineering contracts.
